Returns & Exchanges

As a smaller, independent brand, Kei Dress does not currently offer free returns or exchanges.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase for items that are unworn, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.
Items must be full price only.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at keidressinfo@gmail.com and we will share the warehouse address and working hours in New Cairo. Items must be returned directly to our warehouse.
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
